CROOKED RIVER ROUNDUP RODEO & HORSE RACES
Rodeo June 22-24; Races July 12-15
Celebrating 77 years of Cowboy Culture in Crook County
In Crook County, the Cowboy Capital of Oregon, we celebrate our western heritage and lifestyle in a big way. Held annually in June and July at the Crook County Fairgrounds in Prineville, the Crooked River Roundup Association puts on two separate events that include a PRCA-sanctioned rodeo and the largest parimutuel horse races in the State of Oregon.
This year, the rodeo is slated for June 21-24, with horse-racing action scheduled to follow July 12-15.

Introducing the NEW Crooked River Roundup BRAND
Everyone who has been around livestock knows that a brand is an important asset to have. It is used to identify, or mark, a particular group. The Directors of the Roundup decided that in addition to the new logo that was introduced a couple years back, the organization needed a BRAND. A simple mark to identify the FANS of the Crooked River Roundup. After some creative adaptations, the above symbol was adopted on February 21st as the BRAND of the Crooked River Roundup Rodeo and Horse Races. The brand combines the letters of the organization 'C-R-R' in a timeless font riding above a crooked river. Watch for the BRAND to start popping up in the community and appearing on merchandise at this year's events.
